RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Prime Picks, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.primepicks@gmail.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.
If an order is lost in transit or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer's remorse.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
